As part of our on-going expansion we are now recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join our fantastic sales team based in Accrington.
About the Sales Account Manager role:
Driven, hungry and enthusiastic about driving inbound and outbound sales calls to a pre-determined and active customer based, you’ll thrive on maximising and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through a core product range as well as marketing leading NPD.
Main duties of our Sales Account Manager:
- Managing outbound and inbound sales calls within an ‘active customer base’
- Comparing previous orders with current orders to identify sales opportunities
- Hungry to deliver on and exceed agreed sales targets / objectives, utilising all available tools to be successful within the role
- Using sales skill to promote new products by utilising support and knowledge within the business to capitalise on best practice and increase revenues
- Developing and maintain excellent knowledge of products and gaining an understanding of the industry to support the sales and upselling products / brands into each customer
- Identifying customer gaps and needs, working tirelessly to ensure these are met and fulfilled.
- Going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service skills
