BMB Clothing Ltd provides men’s clothing to customers throughout stand alone, retail stores, concessions and an extensive wholesale network. In our Debenhams concession we offer customers a full profile of suit brands that match their every need, from our entry price collection right through to our designer household names. All collections are created and designed with passion so our customers see that we appreciate and understand their needs. What will you do? Maximise the sales performance of the department. Demonstrate a high in-depth standard of product knowledge and a general understanding of the different styles and fit of our product. Effectively manage and develop the sales team within the concession and maintain the overall standards of the department. Ensure the concession is manned efficiently at all times. Communicate regularly with Area Sales Manager and Head Office as necessary. Measure, fit and deliver on time Formal Hire garments to our customers, attending to any adjustments and ensuring that all charges are recovered. To actively promote the offer to grow the business locally for your store. Attend to all administrative duties accurately and to the time scale laid down. Ensure that the concession is merchandised to the standards laid down and to maintain the housekeeping of stock and fixtures at the required level. Manage the stock effectively by following all stock control procedures and ensuring that daily stock controls are carried out. Keep branch expenses to a minimum. Keep stock loss to a minimum. You will have strong customer service and administrative skills with at least 2 years retail experience and some supervisory experience. The position is a 37.5 hour contract, including weekend work and you must be able to work flexible hours.
