Remuneration Committee member with experience in being part of or leading a Remco, ideally within the FS sector and/or trading sought for a unique London-based trading firm.
This is an advisory role within an active committee focusing on Pay & Reward strategies as well as broader remuneration within the firm. The role will take form as a limited appointment, we envision approximately 14 days per annum worth of engagement through a consultancy agreement or FTC contract.
