As one of Vodafone's strategic partner, we are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join the team in Paddington on an initial 6-month contract. The successful candidate will need to work both autonomously and as a team player under the direction of the Organisation Effectiveness Manager.
They will effectively interact with local market contacts and Business Heads - to understand the nature of positions across the various functions and local markets, translating this information into the Architecture framework, as well as into tangible job profiles that provide global consistency.
They will work directly with HR COE Managers - to understand how elements of the Job Profiles link together.
- Using the recently implemented Job Architecture Framework, the role holder will create global Job Profiles to align to all new Job Codes (C.800), enabling process transformation;
- Job Profiles include (but not limited to Sales, Customer Operations, Marketing and Technology.Relevant experience in Job Evaluation (Willis Towers Watson) would be desirable. In addition, an understanding of Job Architecture would be helpful.
