Chichester or Oxford
We may have been founded over two centuries ago, but our secret to success remains the same: change with the times and adapt to meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers. As a learning business, our mission is to help customers and organisations to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. With new products and services driving our global expansion, we’re looking towards a digital future. It’s resulted in a period of true cultural change here at Wiley, which means even more career and development opportunities for our talented people.
We’re going to help you make the most of your brilliant recruitment ideas and strategies in this role. As importantly, you’ll be working alongside people who are just as forward thinking as you. For a recruiter, challenges are seldom bigger.
Based in either our Chichester or Oxford locations, you’ll recruit for vacancies across our UK locations and have the flex to recruit overseas. Our global HR matrix organisation is led by a progressive, forward thinking global Chief Human Resources Officer. You’ll need to be agile and flexible to proactively navigate your way around to get things done. You’ll own your own vacancies and have room to apply fresh thinking, implementing new ideas, events and technologies. If you’re knowledgeable about technology already, you could become our global content expert. At Wiley we want colleagues who learn and grow in the role.
Fluent in ATS and HRIS, video interviewing, Excel and reporting, you’ll be happiest managing yourself and being flexible in your approach. In-house experience would be ideal, but your energy, drive and familiarity with the recruitment landscape will be key.
People have always been valued at Wiley. We work collaboratively, enjoy what we do and have opportunities to develop throughout our careers.
To apply please upload your CV and a covering letter.
Although we appreciate your interest only those candidates with whom we are interested in interviewing will be contacted.
