This role is the first point of contact for the brand, with a responsibility to effectively channel and respond to requests in a friendly and timely manner. Whilst acting as brand ambassador, the role is responsible for the main reception, showroom maintenance, and general adhoc duties. You will be located at the reception of our new London showroom. Reception Act as a brand ambassador at all times Fully responsible for welcoming all guests & external contractors and directing them accordingly Manage any requests for visitors including travel booking, ordering refreshments and adhoc requests Stationery orders for the company head quarters Work with the maintenance manager to inform them of any issues Answering, logging, and directing all incoming calls to the appropriate team member Point of contact for night security and cleaning teams Answer general enquiries from internal staff Ensure visual standards maintained at all times Showroom Support the Showroom Coordinator when necessary Ensure Showroom standards are maintained at all times Helping to manage the Showroom Calendar Post Responsible for opening and logging incoming mail and packages & communicating arrivals to the recipient/correct department Arrange for couriers for the business Manage and log incoming and outgoing couriers and deliveries Responsible for Royal Mail logistics Processing some DHL imports, exports, and cross-vendor shipments BENEFITS OF JOINING THE TEAM As part of a truly global brand there are many opportunities for progression and growth. 17% of all London Studio teams started with AllSaints in a retail store.
