Reception & Admin Assistant
Location: Mersea Island, Essex
Salary: £17,000-18-000 per annum
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (Weekend working included)
About the Company:
Our client wants their holiday home owners and potential owners to feel that choosing to become part of the family was, and is, the best decision they could ever make.
As a receptionist and administrator, you will be the person who delivers delight to new homeowners, being the first and main point of contact for all their needs.
You will be reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be the friendly face of their holiday home sales department to our new owners.
Reception & Admin Assistant Responsibilities:
•Carry out pre-delivery inspections on all holiday homes
•Provide an efficient after service to our new holiday home owners.
•Reporting, processing and checking all jobs are completed within a timescale
•Liaising with manufactures, contractors and internal teams to ensure jobs identified are resolved to meet customers’ expectations.

•Have a talent for making people feel special, whether it’s having the ability to genuinely listen to l owners and building long term relationships with existing owners, remembering the details that matter to them
•Genuine team player, as you have an important role in helping the sales team reach their targets
