Senior Quality Manager

Salary: £55,000 + benefits

Location: North Yorkshire – commutable from Escrick, Harrogate, Leeds, Selby  and surrounding areas.

A brand new role has become available at a leading manufacturing company. The client is at the forefront of meeting their client’s needs every time and due to ongoing growth the need for a Quality Manager has risen. They are looking for a Quality Manager who will is eager to develop the business, embrace modern quality tools and strive to meet customer needs. On offer is a salary of £55,000 plus benefits depending on experience plus an array of benefits which I’m happy to discuss further.

Senior Quality Manager:

The successful Senior Quality Manager will come from a manufacturing background, having previously worked as a Senior Quality Manager, Lead Quality Manager or Quality Manager. Day to day the role will be hands on working on APQP and PPAPs as required while also running the Quality department. Therefore, this is a perfect opportunity for a Quality Manager who wants to make a difference in a business. The successful candidate will be inspection goods, auditing as required and managing people.

Quality Manager responsibilities:

•Managing the ISO9001:2015 and AS 9001 RevD Systems
•Managing a team of 5 Inspectors
•Being a point of contact for customer complaints
•Closing NCRs
•Write management reports

Quality Manager requirements:

•Experienced maintaining Quality Systems
•Experience establishing KPIs for team
•Manufacturing experience
•Hands experience with modern Quality tools
•NCR experience
•Managing experience
•AS9100 experience
