We're currently looking for a Quality Manager to join our senior management team & help us drive the business forwards into a new phase of growth and innovation. We're open to full or part-time hours to fit around your other commitments and the salary is negotiable depending on your experience and abilities.
In your new role as Quality Manager at Affinity, you'll have the support of the rest of the management team and as much responsibility as you can handle with the space to be creative in how you approach the opportunities and challenges that arise.

This Quality Manageer role involves a vast amount of change and so experience in change management is essential for your success. We also think a healthy dose of resilience and assertiveness wouldn't go a miss!
The responsibility for the quality and business management systems across the site means you'll need to have fantastic attention to detail and be able to work alongside and inspire people at all levels of the organisation
We'd love you to have experience of achieving and sustaining quality standards, in particular, BRC Food or Packaging standards as this will be a critical part of your responsibilities once you've joined us!
The ability to lead and motivate teams will also put you in good stead for this role
Experience operating at a senior management level in a manufacturing organisation so you can hit the ground running.
Knowledge/qualifications in H.A.R.M and internal auditing would be very beneficial as well, as would knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
