The main responsibilities for this role are;
*Ensuring all transactions are processed through the ledgers and relevant systems.
*Updating the systems accurately and in a timely manner.
*Ensuring purchase order commitments are accurately cleared down when invoices are received.
*Providing feedback and any suggested improvements on current processes.
*Participating in meetings with the department.
*Other duties as required.
Skills and experience needed;
*High level of accuracy
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to work to busy deadlines
*Ability to use Excel
*Experience using finance software
*Experience working within a finance role
