This role is reporting in to the Purchase Ledger Manager.
The duties include:
- Processing invoices, matching, batching and coding
- Purchase Order management
- Payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Dealing with queries
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
- Be a strong communicator at all levels - Essential
- Have dealt with high volume and a fast paced environment - Essential
- Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail - Essential
- Have used finance system SAP - Essential
This role is looking to pay from £19,000 to £22,000 per annum + Parking + Pension
