Roles and responsibilities Responsible for conducting site visits with the customer to ascertain which type of products and quantities required Responsible for the planning of the programmed works by completing a Construction Forecast which identifies resource required to complete the works Responsible for setting up a temporary storage yard Responsible for managing the site including the crews and ensuring projects are completed within strict timeframes. Develop a safe working environment by adhering to all health and safety requirements legislations and group policies. Promote, monitor and maintain the health, safety and security of self, team, others and work area. To ensure we deliver customer excellence in line with company standards by working closely with all departments within LIVE. Providing excellent customer service whilst managing internal & external customer expectations Act as an advocate of Delivering Service Excellence, putting the customer at the forefront of every task. Skills required To be considered for this role: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a Call Centre or Service Centre environment. Strong interpersonal skills, communicates clearly and concisely at all levels and demonstrates effective listening skills. Strong organising skills, a methodical approach with close attention to detail and adherence to Company standards and procedure. Good team player who enjoys supporting others to get things done. Ability and experience to make on the spot decisions to ensure a project runs smoothly and is suited to the customers’ requirements and the staff and product capabilities Able to present complex plans and ideas in simple terms to ensure all team members understand the requirements of a project, able to motivate staff members and subcontractors.
