We are seeking a highly motivated and organised candidate who has the ability to prioritise work in a fast paced environment. This is a busy role for a talented individual who is looking to gain experience in managing effective projects, is enthusiastic to engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and is passionate about improving organisational processes.
o Process analysis and improvement
o Writing system enhancement designs and specifications
o Conduct monthly, weekly and ad-hoc analysis reports in Excel and Salesforce
o Allocating tasks internally and monitoring performance against deadlines
o Presenting and consolidating project status reports and presentations
o Managing multiple tasks across operational projects
o Provide general support to the Project Manager
o Conduct and review data input and customer documentation checks.

o Expert ability with MS Office, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables)

o Base salary of £23k – £25k depending on experience
