Our client has grown to be the one of Scotland’s most exciting and dynamic Design, Build and Sporting Estate Property Consultancy. Based in Perth they cover the whole of the UK with a wide-ranging workload including some unique projects (Principle Estate Houses, Walled Gardens, London Townhouses, Country Estate cottages through to agricultural buildings and commercial premises). With continued support for training with a guarantee that personal development will be encouraged and promoted our client is now looking to expand and develop their operations in Perth with the recruitment of a Project Manager/Building Surveyor and an Architectural Technician.
These are fundamental roles in the company’s business strategy and requires individuals of an ambitious nature. The roles will be responsible for the Project Management of key projects and the Design in AutoCAD and 3D models of an exciting portfolio of work both in Scotland and England.
Project Manager/Building Surveyor
Managing Project priorities and all project deadlines, confirming workable solutions whilst looking at risk limitation through effective recording activity. This role will be working on large and small but prestigious building projects. We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Building Surveyor/Project Manager to join our clients expanding and refreshing property consultancy team. The role will cover the whole of the UK with a wide-ranging workload including some unique projects.
Applicants should hold a relevant degree with a minimum of two years post graduate experience. Candidates should have experience of preparing schedules of works/tender documents, administrating construction contracts and working as part of a team. Although MRICS is not a requirement at this stage, they would ideally be almost or recently Chartered (MRICS).
We are looking for an ambitious and skilled Architectural Technician to join our expanding and refreshing property consultancy team. The workload is wide ranging with some unique projects including principle estate houses, walled gardens, London townhouses, country estate cottages, agricultural buildings and commercial premises.
The applicant will be expected to assist in the preparation of measured surveys, construction drawing packages, and building warrant, planning and Listed Building applications. Suitable applicants must be proficient in AutoCAD, have excellent knowledge of detailed drawings and possess the ability to work to deadlines. 3D modelling and rendered visualisation experience would be beneficial but not a requirement.
Basic Salary £30-40K (neg) + Full company benefits
