Project Delivery Manager Location: Manchester Closing Date: Friday 12 April 2019 Project Delivery Manager Manchester Permanent Full-Time; 37.5 hours per week About the Role This customer-facing position requires the simultaneous management of a high volume of new managed service deliveries and change requests from Gamma's community of direct corporate and public sector clients. As Project Delivery Manager you will; Deliver a wide range of telecoms and data services including fixed line, mobile, data, IP telephony and IT-related products Scope requirements and set customer expectations accordingly. Engage with the relevant individuals, systems and resources internally in order to deliver service to the customer within agreed timescales. Own the delivery plans, manage risk and maintain inventory records. Liaise with a wide variety of personnel both internally and externally ranging from administrative staff through to director-level. Ensure revenue is recognised in line with the forecasted commitments and for supplying regular management reporting internally. About You You’ll be educated in a subject with preferably an IT, analytical or commercial focus. You’ll be Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel You’ll have and excellent background in customer delivery alongside experience with data and / or telecoms products You’ll possess excellent written & verbal communications skills You’ll demonstrate exemplary prioritisation, organisation and time-management skills whilst being cool under pressure and able to multi-task You’ll demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and flexible / dynamic approach to problem-solving You’ll be comfortable and able to work and make decisions independently You’ll be eager and capable of learning new skills About Us Gamma is a leading supplier of voice, data and mobile products and services in the UK.
