We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our global Project Management Team, in our eCOA product Group.
As a Project Coordinator you will be joining our supportive team here in our vibrant offices in Edwalton, Nottingham.
The Project Coordinator role offers a great opportunity for a life-sciences graduate, to assist Project Management personnel with various tasks throughout the clinical trial study lifecycle.
As a Project Coordinator you will be involved with a variety a task including;
Assist with the Planning and Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout Phases of study management which may include such activities as Database setup, study documentation development, equipment distribution/tracking, Report creation/distribution and the archival of study documentation
Coordinate Project Assurance meetings and assist with compiling meeting minutes and action items.
Support financial components of study management including, Assistance with documentation/database updates due to scope changes, Follow-up related to invoice reconciliations and Preparation of reports in support of study forecasting activities
Facilitate issue management by documenting and tracking progress to ensure timely resolution to customer escalations.
Additionally the Project Coordinator role will involve
Ensuring compliance with timely training completion/documentation.
Responding to customer inquiries and participate in customer calls/meeting upon Project Manager’s request.
Taking the lead in managing various aspects of a project as requested.
The role of Project Coordinator is a fast paced one with many different elements and responsibilities, as such we are looking for the following skills, knowledge and experience
Education:
Bachelor Degree preferred
Experience:
Ideally experience in pharmaceutical field (or related industry experience)
Knowledge of the drug development process.
Good organizational, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English
Detail oriented and responsive to inquiries and requests
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
