Project Co-ordinator – Competitive Salary + Bonuses + Pension – Bristol, UK
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Project Co-ordinator to join our Bristol based team to assist in ensuring that projects are successful delivered on time and within budget. The successful applicant will be required to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors. The key responsibilities of a Project Co-ordinator include, but are not limited to:
•Answering incoming calls regarding fault support, logging and resolving
•Performing data management, including the support and management of internal systems
•Performing administration tasks, including the creation of documents to support and assist the sales/technical teams and clients
•Ensuring all email correspondence and actions are communicated clearly, accurately and dealt with in a timely manner
•Procuring goods for project delivery
•Liaising with clients, project managers and contractors on a daily basis
•Providing advice, solutions and technical support to clients
•Raising and resolving faults/queries by using effective diagnostic evaluation ensuring calls are logged and tracked efficiently
•Identifying any system service development opportunities

•Excellent co-ordination skills with the ability to work under own initiative
•Excellent telephone manner with strong written and verbal communication skills
•A firm understanding of effective customer care process and its wider impact on business
•The ability to build and maintain strong compelling relationships with internal and external stakeholders
•Reliable, proactive, self-motivated and driven to succeed, and able to work to deadlines
•Good self-leadership and the ability to work well as part of a team, and good administrative skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
•Knowledge and experience within the communications industry would be desirable though not essential
