We’re looking for an experienced Product Support Engineer to join our global team of service professionals. The Pall Service Group helps our customers get the best from our broad range of instrumentation platforms. We measure our success in terms of Safety, Quality, On-Time Delivery, Customer Satisfaction, and revenue. We need a customer focused, personable, motivated, self-starter who does what it takes to get the job done and represent Pall in an exemplary, professional manner.
Provides product support via e-mail, telephone, video, and on-site as needed to internal and external customers.
Create, edit, release, and control product documentation, procedures, notices, and bulletins.
Provide regularly scheduled quality training classes, in person and via telecom/web to students qualifying and enabling them to successfully service our products and our customer’s equipment needs.
Participate and new product development, serviceability, and introduction activities.
Work closely with R&D, Production, Operations, and field personnel team to provide timely feedback and data to continuously improve our products and services.
Training and Certification
As Pall continues to develop new technologies and solutions, we expect our Product Support Engineers to be subject matter experts for their supported products and processes, to keep up to date on emerging technologies and products, and to continue to broaden their skills.

Education, Qualifications, Skills, Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or a related field preferred; or 10 year’s equivalent work experience and/or military training.
Min. of 5 years’ experience, field or on-site, with scientific research instruments, laboratory water systems, automated fluidics, metrology, analytical measurement, medical devices or similar complex hardware and software systems.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical instruction or trainer role.
Ability to read and write technical documentation and procedures.
Proficient in communicating in writing and verbally in English.
Experience with learning and using proprietary software systems, databases, Laboratory Information Management Systems, and other software packages and tools.
Clean driver’s license required.
Ability to travel, both domestic and internationally, up to 50% required.
Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs.
