Graduate Product Specialist NCR are looking for an outstanding graduate to join the Financial Hardware Product Management team. This is a rare opportunity for a hungry and talented graduate who is keen to build a career in a fast paced business environment. The role will quickly take on responsibility, becoming immersed in projects and engaging tasks, while building relationships across the wider NCR team. Role Description Working closely with the Product Management team you will be required to take on a range of responsibilities, working closely with Product Managers to help them achieve their objectives. The role will include: - Building an understanding of the Global Financial Self Service Market (specifically ATM’s - industry, customer and competition) and NCR in order to identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve margins. - Investigating product requirements for current and future products by conducting research through on-going communication with customers and sales teams, understanding market and competitive trends. - Gather, prioritize and document product requirements and validate the value proposition. - Support the Product Managers to drive demand / results in targeted segments and geographies, manage P&L’s focused on profitable growth and move products through NCR’s Solution Lifecycle Management process. - Provide recommendations of how NCR strategy should evolve based on market/competitive factors, revenue and investment projections, price erosion. - Investigate potential new business development opportunities. Analyse the potential market, identify customer targets and develop the P&L. Support the Product Management team to progress opportunities forward into a marketable solution. - Assist the Product Managers in analysing program metrics, including development schedule, cost, unit sales, revenue, margin, product quality, market share and customer satisfaction. - Requirement to work with a number of different teams to solve complex business issues eg. Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Services, Finance.Qualifications Qualifications Ideally, you will have a minimum 2.1 in a Business related discipline.
