Product Manager - Patient Centric solutions
The role of Product Manager will develop and execute our patient centric product vision, creating features and Epics, product/road-map documentation, while constantly engaging key stakeholders within ERT.
As a key member of the Global Product Management team the Product Manager will Capture User Stories for our new patient centric Products.
With an extensive focus on Patient centric solutions your remit will involve working with cross functional internal teams to drive the successful launch, market adoption, serviceability and profitable market growth of our solutions.
Key elements of the Product Manager role include;
Creating a well-defined, market backed product/solutions strategy grounded in deep industry knowledge of patient driven solutions
Creating a shared awareness of the customer and market needs by the internal functions
Shaping the patient centric product solution including strategic and tactical road map and delivery plan
Facilitating and supporting cross-functional and external activities required to achieve the planned objectives ensuring that we optimize the demands of the customer and share owner
Ensuring that ERT meets our financial targets for each Product including those related to both revenue maximization and profitability
The Product Manager requires experience and knowledge of a Patient Centric driven solution/Market combined with the desire and communication skills to be successful in a product management role.
Your focus, energy and experience of Patient Centric solutions will be the foundation on which to start or further develop your Product Management career with ERT

Who we are and what we do
ERT’s solutions are designed to enhance trial oversight optimisation; increasing patient engagement and allowing maximum transparency in the efficacy of new clinical treatments.
Since 2014, more than half of all FDA drug approvals (75% in 2019) have come from ERT supported studies and during this time, 10,000+ studies, incorporating over three million patients, have been undertaken by Pharma, CRO and Biotechnology companies utilising ERT solutions.
Since this time, the newly christened Digital Patient Group of ERT has led innovation into new expansion markets including Real World Data and Patient Support within the Phase IV market.
Utilising proprietary system solutions such as GATHER, a fully scalable, affordable data capture and analytic program suite, along with custom solutions and strategic partnerships to implement solutions in these markets have been identified as areas of high growth and are being specifically targeted by ERT as their next area of high profitability.

The Digital Patient Group at ERT provides these digital services and patient engagement solutions to support the patient journey from clinical to real world by helping patients remain actively involved with the program and adherent to treatment regimes
