SCOPE OF ROLE: This role requires a creative flair and competency in Lighting, Photography and Retouching, with an eye for fashion as well accuracy and working to tight deadlines. You will be working closely with the studio team as well as the content team to ensure the site is up to date with the newest product, is kept on brand and is at a high standard. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: To shoot high quality model and still life photography at a high standard and volume. To give model direction on web shoots and be responsible for image selection, ensuring we are on Brand and following the Yours Clothing guidelines. To do all Image selection and processing of all imagery, ensuring consistency of file size and quality. To check quality and consistency on lighting and tonal ranges before each shoot, using our image reference library. To efficiently prepare and maintain the studio and its set up. Fully support the Studio Manager in the management of all studio kit and equipment To edit all imagery to a high standard for both online and print, performing quality assurance before loading to our web server. To Retouch, colour correct and crop product and model photography before loading to our web platform. Ensure you are always working to the shoot and post production guides, maintaining a consistent workflow. To achieve daily set targets at an excellent quality To actively expand product knowledge and share with the team. Communicate across all areas of the studio team to maximise productivity. Suggest ways to constantly improve workflow. Demonstrate full understanding of the seasonal creative changes and stay on top of current styles and trends within ecommerce to maximise the development and growth of Yours Clothing. Maintain an organised workflow, ensuring KPIS are met, with the intention to exceed expectations. Receive creative direction from the studio manager in both photography and retouch. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Great competency in Photography and post production – Degree or National Diploma is desirable Knowledge of Lighting and Photoshop skills are essential Ability to quickly source product images from existing libraries. Excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, friendly style. Strong colour correction skills. Ability to work in a team and contribute. Hard working and friendly Understanding of usability and user experience online.
