£15,000 per annum base (£32,000 OTE plus as uncapped commission, incentives plus loyalty bonus on top)

Who we are looking for?
We are looking for confident, outgoing personalities who love engaging with the public, are resilient, dependable and aren't afraid to step out oftheir comfort zone and really get stuck in. Previous experience in sales or fundraising is desirable however some of our best representatives have come from surprising origins.
Whether you are a graduate and it is your first face to face position or you have a wealth of working experience, if you are looking to make a change while earning this position could be for you.
You may have never thought about working in the charity industry before, but you could just surprise yourself and have what it takes inside you.
What will I be doing?
Through a variety of face-to-face avenues (door-to-door, in-store, charity events), you will be recruiting new members to support a worthwhile local charitable cause through their subscription to a weekly lottery. This long-term commitment to play allows local causes to better plan their patient and family support to maximise their impact on their local communities and it can all start through you.

As an employed team member working 35 hours a week, you will receive a competitive basic salary of £15,000 per annum (£32,000 OTE with uncapped commissions), as well as a holiday entitlement of 28 days (Including bank holidays, paid at average earnings). As a loyal employee, you’ll qualify for our great profit share scheme and salesincentives throughout the year.
We prefer candidates to have access to their own vehicle as travelling between locations may be a requirement of the role.
