Role & Responsibilities
·Analyse trends and changes in business KPIs and devise solutions that support business.
·Thoroughly investigate performance issues and champion solutions.
·Report on business performance to senior management.
·Ensure the technology and procedures in place are working optimally for the business.
·Continually analyse lead generation and handle processes across the business teams.
·Build and maintain data models that guide business activities.
·Work closely with all teams across the business
·Effectively communicating complex concepts to senior management
Experience & Skills Required
·A good standard of education is required, preferably degree level in a relevant discipline
·This role requires in-depth knowledge of digital marketing, development and sales processes.
·Expert-level Excel skills
·Data-driven and fuelled by insight
·Have a thorough understanding of digital marketing processes
·Intermediate-level SQL skills
·Demonstrate an interest in working with cutting-edge technology •
·Strong communication skills, with the ability to autonomously work with senior stakeholders • Experience of BI reporting systems - such as QlikView or PowerBI - would be beneficial
