We are currently looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to be based at our Epsom site.
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our service department ensuring that all parts orders are efficiently and accurately processed and that all stock and purchase records are correctly maintained.

The main focus of this position is to monitor all stock orders to suppliers to ensure that order documentation is correct and that orders are in line with recommended stock requirements.
You will also ensure that all documentation in respect of incoming parts is correctly entered into the stock records and reconcile with actual stock delivered.
Other key responsibilities in this role include:
· Ensuring that all deliveries are placed into stock ensuring that any sold are dispatched to the appropriate customer or department
· Assisting as required with regular stock checks and annual stock audits
· Locating and purchasing parts as authorised by the parts manager ensuring that the best possible terms of business are obtained
· Ensuring that all customer invoices are raised in line with customer orders and are forwarded promptly, resolving any queries which may arise
· Maintaining the parts merchandising display highlighting any current promotions
· Arranging for parts stock returns, ensuring that appropriate credit documentation is raised and actioned and that stock records are amended
· Ensuring that any customers complaints are dealt with speedily and effectively
Alongside experience in a similar role you will need the following skills and experience:
§ Demonstrable experience within a similar role and environment, ideally within a franchise dealership
§ Proven experience of stock control procedures
§ Good IT skills
§ First class customer service skills
