About The Role
We have a new opportunity for a Parts Administrator to join our busy Parts Sales department, based at our central Nottingham Head Office.
Reporting to the Parts Manager, your duties will include System Data entry; Product Code creation; Invoice checking and Supplier Order chasing and Part Number creation.
You will be required to deal with supplier queries including delivery and pricing issues prior to passing the invoices for payment. You will assist in preparing weekly reports and general admin assistance to the Parts Manager.
To succeed in the role you should have previous Administrative experience and an effective working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as an excellent telephone manner.
