Part Time Inbound Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £20-22000 pro rata
Hours: 4pm-7pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 0900-1600 22 hours per week

We are looking for a great customer service professional to handle queries from customers on their repairs, services and MOTs on evenings and Saturdays.
Responsibilities of the Part Time Inbound Customer Service Advisor:
•You will be first point of contact for customers who wish to make a claim on their warranties, or have queries on their repair, service or MOT.
•You will handle bookings queries and redirect any technical queries to our specialist teams
Requirements of the Part Time Inbound Customer Service Advisor:
•We offer full training; however, you will need to demonstrate some experience of customer service work, ideally over the phone
•A professional and helpful manner
•Ability to work between 4pm and 7pm Monday to Friday and every Saturday 9am to 4pm
