Identifyand solve problems. Answer queries. Sell Sky products. Based in our NewcastleContact Centre, you’ll take calls from customers about billing and upgrades, aswell as those having technical issues. As part of a supportive, fun andfriendly team, your focus will be on having great conversations.
Howyou’ll do it
Communicationis king. You’ll be warm, friendly and eager to help customers. You’ll love thechallenge of dealing with a high volume of calls and smashing targets. Most ofall, you’ll enjoy chatting to lots of different people and helping to resolvetheir issues.

Flexibleshifts available – you choose!
We understand that if you’re studyingor have a busy home life, it can be difficult to find a role that’s flexibleenough to meet your needs. Therefore, we’ll allow you to choose from aselection of available shifts, as long you can work a minimum of 20 hours perweek between the hours of 5pm and 10pm midweek and 8am – 10pm at weekends. Yourselection must include a minimum of two midweek evenings and one weekend shift.
The start date for this role is 26th of August ’19 and training will befull time for 4 weeks.
