Part-Time Administrator (Maternity Cover) - We are delighted to be advertising on behalf of our Client who are a national and highly respected electrical wholesale company, who serve the country from over 350 locations. They are looking for a Part-Time Administrator (Maternity Cover) to join their team based at the office in Letchworth, Herts.
We are looking for a Part-Time Administrator (Maternity Cover) for an immediate start. During your working hours of 9.00am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday you'll take on a variety of administration and general office duties.
- Processing Goods Received paperwork on to in-house system
- Processing and posting of Supplier Invoices through in-house system
- Filing paperwork in a timely manor
- Daily banking reconciliation
- General office duties including preparing the post
- Strong numerical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in an organised way and manage time effectively
- Commercial awareness
- Good team working skills
- IT Literate
This Administrator role is a part-time role for maternity cover period, offering £9.50 per hour. Hours of work 9.00am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday.
