We are looking to recruit a Litigation Assistant to join our personal injury team in the Liability Division of our Dublin office. The role will involve assisting lawyers within the team to proactively progress cases to resolution and providing efficient support so that targets of the team are met. The caseload comprises of Motor/EL/PL, product liability and clinical negligence claims.
Principle Duties to include but not limited to:
- Prepare Pleadings and correspondence
- Preparing briefs for Counsel and instructing experts
- Assisting lawyers with preparing cases for trial
- Witness Interviews
- Providing general assistance to lawyers as required including attending on Counsel
- Drafting pleadings for Fee Earner approval
- Drafing reports for Fee Earner approval
- Previous defence litigation experience
