Kennedys are on an upwards trajectory and are seeking to recruit a Litigation Assistant for their London Liability Team.
The candidate will contribute to the effectiveness of the team by providing a comprehensive and efficient support to internal and external clients in order that the business objectives of the firm and team are achieved. The candidates shall maintain the high standard of service offered to the firm’s existing clients and to assist in furthering the professional reputation of the team.
The candidate will be assisting on variety of interesting EL and PL defence injury work consisting of fast-track and multi-track including catastrophic injury.
- Good Academics
- Studying towards LLB or ILEX qualification
- Personal injury experience would be beneficial but not essential.
- Administration experience
- Some understanding of Civil Litigation, the CPR and personal injury case handling
- Familiarity with working to Client Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
- To have had previous client contact
Skills and Abilities:

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to manage own time, excellent organisation skills
