We are looking for Outreach Support Workers to work flexible or set shift patterns travelling between Trowbridge, Melksham, Chippenham and Calne.
You will receive a competitive salary of £10 per hour
As an Outreach Support Worker, you will be supporting individuals in their homes to live independent lives (travel and petrol paid and no short visits). You will be a key member of the team providing high standards of person centred care to the people we support. Interacting and communicating with the people we support in a way that promotes dignity and respect at all times.
No experience necessary as OLPA will offer their Support Worker:
- Competitive salary with an option to increase earnings with overtime
- A comprehensive induction package incorporating the Care Certificate, all mandatory training and Diploma as well as a wide variety of in house and external training with commitment and support with ongoing training

You will need to be flexible and able to work shifts including some weekends, bank holidays and evenings working within a rota.
