Experience in a customer service role is not always necessary as our client will provide training - what is important is your behaviours, your attitude and your willingness to learn, take on board feedback and be a great employee.
£9-10 per hour, plus 25 days and 8 stat bank holidays.
37.5 hours per week

Our client, one of the UK's leading retail businesses, is looking to recruit 8 Optical Customer Care Advisors for their head office in Nottingham. No experience is necessary - just willingness to learn, a great attitude, and good customer service skills. These positions are 37.5 hours per week. Initally these roles are temporary until the end of this year, with the potential to then move around in the company.
