Responsibilities • Supports the organizational goals by providing technology, data analysis & systems training and support to improve efficiency & effectiveness. • Responsible for the standardization of company workflows and procedures, including monitoring operational processes for the different business units. Supports the Director of Operations as needed with corporate and/or operational initiatives including acquisitions. • Assists with the documentation, maintenance, implementation and training of agency procedures and standards (MMA Best Practices). Assists with ensuring compliance with corporate, industry, state and federal regulations. • Works in conjunction with internal experts to communicate, maintain and train on current and new workflows and procedures, coordinating meetings and oversees resulting initiatives. • Monitors compliance with procedures through reporting of specific metrics. Recommends activities to promote re-training and continuous improvement & development. • Oversees and/or facilitates the training of employees as needed including assisting with compliance issues recognized through reporting metrics. Develops, coordinates, and administers functionality, workflows and compliance training on technology solutions to include agency management systems. • Communicates upgrades to the agency workflow, agency management and document management systems and analyzes and organizes end user training as needed. • Coordinates & assists with onboarding and training of new hires on system functionality, workflows and compliance requirements in consultation with divisional leadership and resources including acquisitions.Qualifications• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with demonstrated advanced proficiency in Excel. • Intermediate/Advanced skills with insurance agency management system. • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and advanced math knowledge. • Experience in project management and knowledge of insurance operations skills essential. • Effective oral and written communication and relationship building skills essential. • Exceptional time management and organization skills. • Must be a self-starter and demonstrate resourcefulness. Requirements • High School Diploma required; Associates degree or equivalent career experience preferred. • Minimum of 3 years previous insurance agency/brokerage experience in property and casualty required. • Property & Casualty Licensure, or ability to obtain within 90 days. • Travel to various office locations required.
