Operations & Recruitment Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 to 17.30

Purpose of the Operations & Recruitment Administrator:
As an integral part of the business, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager and Operations Team Leader. The Operations & Recruitment Administrator position is key to ensuring the smooth transition of potential applicants into employed personnel and maintaining compliance. This administrator will interact directly with potential staff seeking work with their Care Agency and will oversee the day to day operations of the company.
Responsibilities of the Operations & Recruitment Administrator:
•Book confirm and coordinates interviews with potential candidates.
•Attends recruitment events and training days when requested.
•Answering the company's phone calls.
•Responding to reference requests.
•Drafts, formats and updates company documentations when required.
•Using MS Office and PULSE software, monitor and update staff record to meet compliance standards in the work place.
•Keep track of information relating to DBS applications, undertake relevant DBS checks.
•Update employee profiles.
•Review and issue contracts.
•Validate UK immigration right to work status, using uComply specialist software.
•Coordinate training programs / administer training certificates.
•Regular upkeep of document management systems.
•May take care of website functions and social media profiles.
General Office Administration Duties:
•Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments.
•Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed.
Requirements of the Operations & Recruitment Administrator:
•Must have experience in face to face customer environment.
•Ability to interact with applicants across a diverse range of socio and educational backgrounds, namely professional registered nurses and staff looking for trainee health care assistant positions.
•PC Literate and competent with MS Office (Word, Power point, Excel).
•Strong organisation and time management skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Confident and can manage multiple tasks while working under pressure.
•Self-starter attitude with a proven ability to work without supervision.
•Calm and professional demeanour.
•Team player, able to work in a flexible and adaptable manner.
•Willingness to grow and learn with the company.
•Experience in office management.
•Document management and bookings systems.
•Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities or related field.
•Social Media and website management.
