Agile working – Based in Ripley, but with travel to suppliers/stakeholder meetings when needed, and ability to work from home if coming into the office isn’t needed. We’re looking for a Digital Operations Manager to join our Customer Experience directorate. Like Morpheus, we’re looking for a flexible, adaptable, digital dynamo who can help transform our reality and – crucially – how our customers do business with us. This new role is being uploaded so we can recruit a special talent who has experience of implementing effective channel shift strategies, including automation of services, and managing how organisations respond to customers. You would be working at the cutting edge of our transformation programme which is helping Futures improve what it does and how it does it. Because this is a cross-business role, we need a born people-person and skilled relationship manager who can work as part of a wider team. You’ll also be a driven self-starter, comfortable with making decisions and communicating effectively to earn buy-in from stakeholders.
