A busy small business, our client is looking for someone to provide day to day operational management to ensure the smooth running of their Centre.
The centre hosts events ranging from corporate business meetings to work inspiration days for young people, so they're keen to talk to people who understand how to manage a space to meet the needs of a wide variety of visitors and have experience of coordinating contractors and colleagues alike to ensure the building is maintained in line with both statutory and commercial requirements.
In addition to operational responsibilities, the role offers the opportunity to lead on ad hoc project work relating to social impact delivery contracts and business development.
As a small team, a flexible approach and willingness to do what needs to be done is integral to how they work; so if you have a friendly attitude as well as a practical proactive approach to problem solving you will fit right it.
This is a part-time position, offering 18.5 hours a week which would be ideal for anyone looking for a flexible role to fit around existing commitments. There will be an opportunity at the interview to discuss shift patterns and preferred working times.
