Key responsibilities of our Office Manager
- Manage SLT communications for the Principal/Chief Executive and other key members of the Principalship Team.
- Ensure the Principal’s time is used effectively at all times.
- Line manage the Curriculum Team Assistants and develop a ‘house style’ for external correspondence.
It is essential our Office Manager has the below skills and experience;
- Level 3 or higher in Business Administration or other relevant qualification
- Level 2 in English and Maths
- Level 2 in ICT
The ideal Office Manager should have extensive experience of managing and running an executive office. This will include maintaining and developing services and office/diary management systems at a senior level to ensure the Principalship team have the assistance, systems and information to work efficiently and effectively, often with highly sensitive data, within strict timeframes.
