Fountain House is responsible for the provision of security, maintenance, facilities, cleaning and catering services for a 24/7 office facility with circa 400 staff, including an onsite gym and canteen.
In this position, you will assist in the daily facilities management, ensuring Health & Safety and building compliance issues are addressed and rectified in a controlled and competent manner. In addition, you will assist in a wide variety of tasks across the business which include; monitoring and reviewing internal processes and systems, reviewing security processes, functional and operational issues, liaising with third party service providers and suppliers, office maintenance, external access control systems, health & safety, kitchen hygiene, escorting and staying with work persons and any additional tasks as and when required.
