We have 5 strategically placed sites supplying sawn and machined hardwoods/softwoods, flooring, decking, cladding, sheet materials and engineered timber products.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our busy team in Maldon.
About the role
This is a varied role, so we are looking for strong administrative skills as well as experience of working on a busy reception. Key duties will include:
- Reception duties– managing a busy switchboard as well as meeting & greeting visitors to our office
- Stock management – transferring stock between depots, inputting stock-take information onto our bespoke Bistrack system.
- Updating pricelists and estimate guides and distributing these accordingly
- Printing, sorting and posting statements
- Ensuring all outgoing post is managed effectively - arranging couriers when required.
- Other general administrative tasks as and when required by the business.
