As this is a standalone role the role will include risk assessments, administration, scheduling appointments, case management and monthly reporting to HR and other key stakeholders within the business.
You will directly report into HR but will be given autonomy to take ownership of your own role. Below are some key tasks of the role but are not limited to:
- Welfare and well being of employees
- Risk assessments
- Monthly reporting on key assessments
- Reporting on trend analysis
- Provide expert advice on legislative requirements
- Medical assessments and escalate where required
The ideal candidate MUST have experience working in an occupational health role. ideally you will have worked in manufacturing although this is not paramount. you must be able to work autonomously and be passionate about well-being.
