Our client is a company based in East London with big ambitions for children, families and their staff teams. They provide a range of services for that includes day care nurseries, parenting and family support services in partnership with Newham, council.

One of their well-established children’s nurseries, located in Manor Park is looking to recruit contact a Room Leader to join their baby room team. You would be joining a friendly and happy team, working in a purpose-built nursery centre. The Nursery is rated Good by Ofsted and the team are ambitious to achieve the best standards and outcomes for our babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers

The nursery is well resourced and equipped. They maintain high standards of care and best practice through mentoring, supervision, training and teamwork. As a company, our client has been nominated for their partnership and social media work.

In order to join their team, you must have a L3 qualification or above in childcare / early years and experience of working with babies.

Core duties to include

•Leading a team to safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
•Following the daily routine
•Planning and recording to identify and support children's developmental needs through activities that are fun and relevant
•Track children’s progress
•Build strong relationships with parents.
