We are working with the NHS on some key roles temporary support assignments. As a Call Handler you will provide an important service to the community, to be caring, open, responsible and effective.
Once trained you will be working on the choose and book appointments line. This is an inbound call centre whereby you will be receiving calls for patients wishing to make appointments for their local hospital and consultant.
This is a full time basis with some early and late shifts, Monday - Friday.
