Adding to our capability as a key market player in Europe, we are seeking a European Head of New Partner Development - IPS to support the development and growth of the new Partner Developers in Europe.
Applicants for this position should have strong leadership skills, a good knowledge and strong awareness of Supply Chain Participants in the Payments Industry. The ability to coach and develop a team that operate across Europe supporting them in developing strategic relationships with Elavon's key Technology partners at commercial and product development stages in the supply chain.
Potential candidates will have an understanding of how Technology drives change and opportunity in the supply chain and ability to create value proposition development with Partners. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of payments, vertical awareness, experience and insight in to the ecosystem for electronic payments and money transfer industry as well as planning and market development skills and experience.
The role holder is expected to manage a team to drive the pipeline, set KPI's, and objectives with the team members to ensure delivery of results. They will also support the wider IPS leadership team in delivery of its objectives. Strong and effective communication with the various in market/country stakeholders will be required to ensure an effective 2 way relationship is fostered to achieve our shared objectives and grow our business.
Candidates will have a demonstrable track record of achievement in Sales, and Partner Development, and Team Management.
Specific responsibilities to include:
•Managing a European team of new business partner managers.
•Coaching for their success
•Managing and developing the sales processes to support business development
•Strong Commercial and analytical skills to support business development.
•Reporting performance weekly, monthly, quarterly
•Manage the various programs for Partners (Commercial, Business Development Planning, Technical, Contract management/Vendor management)
The individual needs to be a dynamic self-starter, who thrives & functions with a high degree of autonomy & demonstrates an ability to be extremely versatile.
The jobholder needs to be a competent professional with strong interpersonal skills and gravitas coupled with excellent communication skills. The role holder must be able to influence at Executive level as well as with primary contacts and decision maker's in-order to create opportunities. Similarly they must be accomplished at sharing, collaborating & portraying ideas across a broad range of business areas, in both Elavon and Identified Partner relationships.

•Ideally a qualification in technology, or equivalent work experience
•Strong professional sales management experience
•Basic Financial acumen, revenue v cost benefit aware.
•Experience in the Payments Industry

•Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
•Language skills an advantage
•Work experience of a matrix organisation
