We have a fantastic opportunity for a tech-savvy individual to provide excellent IT support and ensure all aspects of the IT function are running smoothly at our UK Distribution Centre in Cannock. In this hands-on and varied role, you will maintain all the Distribution Centre’s IT systems and applications and act as our site technical lead for internal stakeholders. Confident and approachable, you will assist with IT support queries both over the telephone and in person. You’ll be customer-focused, motivated and organised with experience / knowledge in the following: Desktop Hardware knowledge TCP / IP Networking and troubleshooting MS Exchange Server 2010 Active Directory VOIP solutions (desirable) SQL 2005 - 2016 (desirable) SharePoint 2013 With experience of working in an IT support role, you will be keen to develop your career with a company that will support your aspirations. Due to the nature of the role, you will be expected to have a flexible approach to working hours, as you will be expected to participate in an out of hours on-call rota. A full UK driving licence is essential, as you will need to travel out to other sites on occasion.
