The role of Mobile Team Leader is lead a team of Mobile Patrol Officers who provide excellent customer service to a portfolio of customers within a designated geographical area.
Providing security services at various sites across a defined geographical area as required. To project a security presence including operating a vehicle to perform patrol, inspection, and/or incident response services when required. Protecting the customer's employees, property and other assets in line with the relevant Assignment Instructions and site-specific customer requirements. Delivering the highest levels of customer service which consistently demonstrate Securitas' core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.
The responsibilities of a Mobile Team Leader are to undertake Site Welfare visits including completion of relevant QMS documentation in line with SOPs.
You will be providing a variety of back up support mobile services including patrols and alarm responses for commercial or private clients, escort duties and any other work as required throughout the shift.
Other stipulations of the role are to replace Securitas signage as and when required and report back to Line Manager and also to carry out CCTV maintenance on customer sites as and when required following respective training.
- A full UK driving licence (manual).
- A 5 year checkable work history (for screening to BS 5758)
- Right to work in the UK.
- Smart and presentable.
- Valid SIA frontline licence
To work with us you will need to be confident, articulate and communicate well both orally and in written language. You should be able to manage yourself and others and make be able to make decisions and passion for operational excellence
Our team need to be immaculately turned out, polite and proactive when engaging with customers to ensure a complete customer experience is provided, as we aim to maintain our outstanding reputation for excellence.
You will need a driving licence for this role
- Security experience
- An SIA security licence
- Excellent customer service skills
