About the Mid-Level Developer Role:
Our Full Stack Developers work in our user facing teams, either facing consumers or internal users. This role is full stack focussed, working with the latest front and back end technologies for the company.
TLA embrace the latest technologies and as an individual you will have an opportunity to have a real impact in a more start-up feel, compared to a larger organisation. You will report directly in to one of our Tech Lead/Dev Managers.
Mid-Level Developer Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility will be to develop the solutions required for TLA’s consumer engagement. TLA expect their staff to be creative and contribute ideas, while developing a passion for the products they work on. Meaning you will have significant input into the direction of these technical solutions. You will be involved at all stages of the development lifecycle and will collaborate with internal stakeholders and other teams on a daily basis.
As we continue our journey, you’ll join us in implementing:
Terraform (IaC) and PaC
• In fact, automation of everything, in a wider Continuous Delivery aligned sense
• Closer working practices with the wider business
Mid-Level Developer Requirements:
It’s truly a team sport at TLA, so we’re looking for highly credible developers who love working in a supportive team of highly skilled individuals. You’ll be someone who constantly looks to learn new things but masters your area of expertise. It’s also a great opportunity to work on the latest technologies and constantly develop new skills
•Currently in a Mid-level developer role or higher.
•Minimum 2.2 degree in computer science, mathematics, or another science-based subject OR equivalent experience
•You have adopted a Self-Development and Automation First mindset
•Technical experience working with and leading discussions on:
•Cloud services such as Azure
•In one of our teams we develop Twilio Flex using React, it’s easy to pick up.
