As Marketing Executive, you will be joining Yeo Marketing in a distinctive, ambitious and trusted FMCG company that is committed to making great British dairy the right way. Forever. Working closely with the Head of Content and Communications as well as the wider Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating outstanding and engaging content to distribute through social and digital channels, contributing to increased brand awareness of Yeo Valley products. Key responsibilities will include: Creating quality content (video, photography, animation, motion graphics, copy) for all channels and audiences, making the best use of our content buckets Working with the Digital Marketing Executive to deliver fully integrated campaigns across all digital channels Managing and monitoring the Yeo Valley social media feeds daily, while keeping up to date with the latest social media trends Tailoring Yeo Valley content for use on our partner’s social and digital channels, ensuring that our content is in a user-friendly, optimised format ready for distribution Working closely with other members of the Marketing team to update the content calendar on a rolling 1-year planning horizon - always having a highly detailed rolling 3-month content plan Planning, executing and evaluating social media campaigns and content calendar using agreed metrics Inputting into social media growth strategy and making recommendations to management Responding to customer queries on social media in a timely, on-brand way Sounds interesting, what do I need? Essential skills/experience: Experience of managing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn) for an organisation Experience of creating and curating content for social, web and digital channels Experience of working within a marketing or creative team, or agency Understanding of brand management Desirable skills: Photography skills Video-making and editing skills Experience using Adobe Creative Suite Experience/understanding of paid social campaigns Experience/understanding of other digital marketing fields such as SEO and paid search A recognised marketing or digital qualification Why should I join the family?
