Internally, will be responsible for the handling of all communication with the other departments to assist with their marketing needs to help them achieve their objectives. What will I be doing? Average Percent of Time % Marketing 35% · Marketing plan development for the hotel with the Director of Business Development · Primary contact to implement brand marketing projects at hotel level · Development of partnerships for the hotel and follow up on marketing activities with the partners · Emailing to local databases · Social media management and monitoring · Website content maintenance and update · Collaterals creation (brochure, commercial flyers, development of tools for the outlets of the hotel) Communication 35% · Validation of press releases · PR events' organization all year long · Primary contact for journalists’ requests at the hotel · Coordination of shooting and filming within the hotel Sales Analysis, Reporting and Support 30% · Sales & marketing budget coordination (invoices, purchasing follow up…) · Support in the management of annual BtoB contracts · Sales Blitz & Client Event Organization & Coordination · Sales Office Administration · Data bases ManagementWhat are we looking for? · Excellent communication skills: presentations, written and public speaking · University degree at master level or equivalent or experience in lieu thereof · Fluency in spoken and written French and English · Good knowledge of Pack Office (Power Point, Excel, word) required.
