We are currently recruiting a Marketing Campaigns Manager to join us on a permanent basis in our Bristol office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our sophisticated, full-service marketing team and make a real impact on our client experience.

As our Marketing Campaigns Manager you will design, manage and deliver the firm’s marketing campaigns to raise the firm’s profile and attract/retain clients. You will also own our programme of events, which range from small-scale lunches and seminars to major corporate hospitality events.
This role will be busy, challenging and rewarding. Your responsibilities will include:
- Devising integrated marketing campaigns to raise the firm’s profile, managing their implementation and ROI.
- Reporting on campaign results to stakeholders, including evaluation of progress against KPIs/objectives.
- Overseeing the firm’s event programme, delivering a professional end to end service.
- Proactively identifying improvement opportunities in delivering integrated campaigns and events.
- Line management of the Events team (Events Co-ordinator and Events Assistant).
To be successful in this role you will need to be strategic and creative in your approach, influencing Partners on new and innovative campaign ideas. A proactive approach and a passion for integrated campaigns is a given, but we are also looking for a great people leader to manage and develop our existing team.
