In Operations we are curious, inquisitive and passionate about leveraging the multitude of data sources and tools at our disposal to achieve a near subconscious understanding of our customers. By being smart in the way we assess affordability, or analysing customer sentiment in the thousand of conversations we conduct every day we are able to deliver the optimal customer outcome! As a Manager in the team you specifically be working to; Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, design strategies, and deliver meaningful change across the bank Proactively identify customer friction and take ownership for the design and implementation of solutions Nurture a small team to become world class analysts Will you thrive? To be successful in this role, the following skills and experience is required; Demonstrable ability to generate innovative ideas and drive them to fruition Extensive experience (3+ years) manipulating and visualising data using SAS or SQL Independently setting and managing your stakeholder agenda demonstrating ability to prioritise and manage workflow Confidence tailoring communication to audiences of differing technical ability Demonstrable success in developing colleagues in technical roles What’s in it for you?
